PER DIEM / ALLOWANCE

If the sponsoring agency pays a per diem allowance, the allowance will be paid by the sponsor directly to the participant.

VISA INFORMATION

The participant will be responsible to obtain all necessary travel and visa documents.

ACCEPTANCE

By signing and returning this sponsorship form, the agreement will constitute a binding contract between the parties.

PAYMENT AND FEES

The fees should be paid in one of the following ways

1) Bank transfer to Center for Development Communication. If you are interested in making your payment this way, then please send an e-mail to Salima Lamkinsi at slamkinsi@cendevcom.org . She will send you the bank transfer information.

2) Check in US Dollars made payable to: Center for Development Communication and mailed to: PO Box 25228 Washington DC 20007 (please see schedule for payment deadlines).

CANCELLATION POLICY

100% of the tuition will be refunded up to two (2) weeks before the workshop begins. After two weeks, there will be no refund, unless cancellation was necessary due to exceptional circumstances.

For the International Executive Media & TV Workshop (IEMTW) - if a participant cancels up to two weeks before the workshop, 100% is refunded. After that date, no refund will be provided.
