Media Management Skills for Senior
Managers (MMS)
This course runs for two days and targets chief executives
of civil society organizations as well as country directors
and senior managers working in international organizations. The course is intended
to complement the usually brief training that is offered
through in house courses.
This course focuses on management aspects of communication – including
dealing with crisis; maintaining a media friendly
office; and developing effective spokesperson behavior.
There are ample opportunities for individual coaching
sessions.
The course will share latest advances in the field
based on CDC's extensive experience with UN agencies
and civil society as well as the changing global media
landscape.
