If the sponsoring agency pays a per diem allowance, the allowance will be paid by the sponsor directly to the participant.

The participant will be responsible to obtain all necessary travel and visa documents.
ACCEPTANCE
By signing and returning this sponsorship form, the agreement will constitute a binding contract between the parties.
PAYMENT AND FEES
The fees should be paid in one of the following ways

- Check in US Dollars made payable to: Center for Development Communication and mailed to: 10800 Gainsborough Road Potomac Maryland 20854 USA (please see schedule for payment deadlines).
CANCELLATION POLICY
100% of the tuition will be refunded up to two (2) weeks before the workshop begins. After two weeks, there will be no refund, unless cancellation was necessary due to exceptional circumstances.
